Beer Sales Account Manager
Location: San Francisco County & North Bay County
Job Title: Beer Sales Account Manager

About San Francisco Naturals
San Francisco Naturals, Inc. is Northern California’s top-ranked B2B food and beverage distributor. We’ve recently launched an exciting new craft beer division and are seeking an experienced Beer Sales Account Manager to drive growth and manage key relationships across both on-premise (bars, restaurants) and off-premise (grocery, liquor stores, chains) accounts.
Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with on-premise and off-premise accounts

Grow sales by expanding product placements and increasing volume

Conduct regular in-person visits to existing and prospective customers

Monitor inventory and resolve stock issues (out-of-stock, out-of-code)

Ensure accurate pricing and promotional execution at all locations

Manage product returns and breakage

Use point-of-sale (POS) materials to maximize brand visibility

Track and report sales activities and performance metrics

Handle additional tasks as needed

Qualifications
-
Minimum 2 years beer sales experience (required)

Proven experience in both on-premise and off-premise account management

Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance

Ability to lift 25–50 lbs. occasionally (up to 175 lbs. for kegs)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Excellent written and verbal communication

Must pass background check and drug screening
Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $60,000 + Monthly Incentives + Performance Bonus
