Warehouse Associate:

​

Key Requirements

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly (minimum 25 lbs)

• Comfortable working on your feet for full 8-hour shifts

• Strong multitasking and time management skills

• Basic math and inventory skills

• Clear and effective communication skills

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience

• Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks

• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

• Ability to follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures

Responsibilities

• Assist with receiving, unloading, and checking incoming shipments

• Prepare customer orders (Pick & Pack) with accuracy and efficiency

• Organize products and materials according to company standards

• Maintain and update inventory records using warehouse software

• Restock shelves and rotate stock as needed

• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe at all times

• Report any discrepancies, damages, or issues to warehouse supervisor

• Support other departments with product staging and delivery preparation

• Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of outbound shipments

• Follow all safety regulations and company policies

Experience

• Warehouse: 1 year (Preferred)

• Pallet Jack Operation: 1 year (Preferred)
